At Dawkins Integrative Nurse Practitioner Psychiatry, we are committed to providing high-quality, accessible psychiatric care. We offer both self-pay options and we accept most major Health insurance plans.

For patients who prefer not to use insurance or whose insurance is not yet accepted, we offer transparent self-pay rates. Please note fees for integrative services are higher due to addressing the root cause, which requires extensive assessment.

Initial Psychiatric Evaluation

60-90 minutes: $200-$300

Comprehensive psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and personalized treatment planning.

Follow-Up Medication Management Visits

20 minutes: $75

Ongoing medication management, treatment monitoring, and care plan adjustments.

Extended Follow-Up Visits (if applicable)

40-60 minutes: $150-$200

For patients requiring additional time to address complex concerns/ treatment needs/ or receiving integrative services.

Good Faith Estimate

Patients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected healthcare costs before services are provided.

• Additional plans may be added as credentialing is completed.

• Insurance coverage for GeneSight varies by plan and individual circumstances.

• Patients may receive separate billing directly from GeneSight.
